Bettles Property is a family run business that has been established since 1991. It began solely as a letting and management agency, but as a result of the efforts of Helen Bettles, the founder of the company, it has expanded into other areas over the years.

The staff at Bettles pride themselves in the service they offer to both new and existing clients. Our team of five, are experienced in all areas of property sales and management, providing clients with the confidence that their business will be dealt with in a highly professional manner. As a result of the service offered by Bettles we work with various large companies and relocation agents.

HELEN BETTLES
Founder and Senior Partner. Born in Stamford, educated at Morcott Hall School and Bourne Grammar School. Helen has held various positions, which included owning her own dress boutique in Peterborough. Helen then moved to America and gained her Florida Real Estate License, which enabled her to work in property sales in Florida. She founded the company in 1991 and has since been involved in all aspects of the business.

SUSAN WILLIAMS
Born in Hong Kong, and is the daughter of Terri. Educated firstly in Plymouth, and then in Peterborough. Susan has had various jobs, inclusive of managerial positions. She joined Bettles in April 1999 as an administration assistant, however after taking six months off to travel East Asia, she now holds the position of Property Manager. Susan is therefore, the main contact for the letting and management of properties, and to compliment this position, she is studying for her Certificate in Residential Lettings and Management, which is a course run by the National Association of Estate Agents.

EMMA BETTLES
Born in Peterborough, and educated at Bourne Grammar School. Emma is currently studying part-time for an Open University degree in Law, whilst working in the family business. She has been working with Bettles since she was 14, therefore has vast knowledge of the rental properties with Bettles. Emma looks after the business accounts and is involved with the International Property Sales, however she helps when needed in all other aspects of the business.

ROGER PEARSON
Born and educated in Peterborough at Fletton Grammar School, Roger is a partner in Bettles. He is also a director of Peterborough Landscaping and Tree Services Limited, having founded the company with his brother thirty years ago. Recently, Roger resided in Spain for seven months, and established a knowledge of the Costa Del Sol, hence provides support to Emma with the International Sales. He also has involvement with other aspects of the business.
